  1. Simplify: I cannot emphasize how important simplicity is! If you are not simple, your tupperware will go unused and you'll be visiting takeout food starting next week. Start with easy-prep items and stick with them.

  4. Invest in Storage Containers: Purchase a variety of high-quality, reusable storage containers in different sizes to portion and store your prepared meals conveniently. If you're going to eat things like soup, make sure to buy storage containers that won't spill.
